AAMCi modules are designed for fast and safe connection/disconnection of loads (controller, battery, etc.) to 800V DC batteries. It provides charging capacities of the connected load and controls the Kilovac or Gigavac power contactors. Performs fast, safe and reliable power to connected equipment. It can be controlled by switch, voltage or via CAN or RS485 bus. In addition to the main output for connecting a powerful controller, it has an output for connecting a charger and another auxiliary output for other devices (e.g. inverters….).
These AAMCi modules use a built-in internal antispark circuit that prevents sparking of contacts / connectors when connecting the capacitive load to the power supply (blocks of DC bus capacitors used in controllers, etc.). This unique feature leads to significant simplification of circuits, smaller dimensions.
They have several modes of operation and uses, from fully automatic to fully controlled by external control.
